ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting payment, signing an agreement, approving an invoice, completing an online booking, confirming a reservation by email or text message, or using Mihran K. Studios' facilities, the renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Booking Policies, Cancellation Policies, Studio Rules, Terms & Conditions, and any additional policies published on the Mihran K. Studios website. These policies apply to all reservations unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Mihran K. Studios.

Electronic acceptance through payment, online booking, email confirmation, text confirmation, or any other electronic means shall constitute acceptance of these policies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the event of any conflict between these published policies and any verbal discussion, proposal, invoice, email, text message, or other communication, the policies published on the Mihran K. Studios website shall govern unless expressly modified in writing by Mihran K. Studios.

Reservation requests are not considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received.

GENERAL BOOKING TERMS

• Reservations are confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received.

• Until payment is received, requested dates remain available to other renters and are considered a temporary hold.

• Mihran K. Studios reserves the right to release unpaid reservations without additional notice.

• If any scheduled payment cannot be processed due to a declined credit card, returned payment, insufficient funds, payment reversal, or any other payment issue, Mihran K. Studios reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or release the reservation until payment has been successfully received.

1. SINGLE DAY RENTALS

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Single-Day Rehearsals

• Single-Day Auditions

• One-Time Classes

• Content Shoots

Payment Policy

• Bookings made more than 30 days before the rental date require a 50% deposit to reserve the date.

• The remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days before the rental date.

• Bookings made within fourteen (14) days of the rental date require payment in full to secure the reservation.

• Until payment is received, the reservation request will be considered a hold and the requested date(s) may remain available to other interested parties.

Cancellation Policy

More than fourteen (14) days before the rental date:

• Eligible for either:

• A refund; or 

• Studio Credit. 

Between fourteen (14) days and seven (7) days before the rental date:

• Non-refundable.

• Eligible for Studio Credit only.

Within seven (7) days of the rental date:

• Non-refundable.

• Non-transferable.

• No Studio Credit will be issued.

Refunds or Studio Credits are generally not available for illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, transportation delays, weather conditions, production delays, client cancellations, cast changes, talent availability, equipment failure, or changes in business plans, except as specifically provided within these policies.

In limited circumstances, Mihran K. Studios may, at its sole discretion, choose to offer a Studio Credit or other accommodation. Any such exception shall not establish a precedent or create an obligation to provide similar accommodations for future reservations.

2. RECURRING WEEKLY RENTALS

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Weekly Classes

• Monthly Recurring Rentals

• Ongoing Recurring Bookings

One-Month Recurring Rentals

Payment Policy

• Payment for the entire month is due at the time of booking.

• All requested dates are reserved exclusively for the renter and removed from public availability.

Cancellation Policy

Individual dates canceled more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled rental:

• Eligible for Studio Credit.

Individual dates canceled within fourteen (14) days:

• Non-refundable.

• Non-transferable.

• No Studio Credit will be issued.

 

Multi-Month Recurring Rentals

Payment Policy

• Payment for the first month's bookings is due at the time of booking to reserve all requested dates.

• For each additional month, fifty percent (50%) is due on the 1st of the month.

• The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due on the 15th of the month.

Cancellation Policy

• Future months may be canceled with at least thirty (30) days written notice.

• Dates within the thirty (30)-day notice period remain the responsibility of the renter.

Individual dates canceled more than fourteen (14) days before the rental:

• Eligible for Studio Credit.

Individual dates canceled within fourteen (14) days:

• Non-refundable.

• Non-transferable.

• No Studio Credit will be issued.

 

3. MULTI-DAY PRODUCTIONS, INTENSIVES & RESIDENCY BOOKINGS

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Production Rehearsals

• Workshops

• Intensives

• Consecutive-Day Rentals

• Lockouts

• Multi-Day Rehearsals

Payment Policy

• Bookings made more than thirty (30) days before the first rental date require a fifty percent (50%) deposit to reserve the requested dates.

• The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days before the first rental date.

• Bookings made within fourteen (14) days of the first rental date require payment in full to secure the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

More than sixty (60) days before the first rental date:

• Eligible for a full refund of all payments made, less an administrative fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total booking amount.

Between sixty (60) days and thirty (30) days before the first rental date:

• The initial deposit becomes non-refundable.

• Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

Between thirty (30) days and fourteen (14) days before the first rental date:

• Non-refundable.

• Eligible for Studio Credit.

Within fourteen (14) days of the first rental date:

• Non-refundable.

• Non-transferable.

• No Studio Credit will be issued.

Hold

A Hold is a temporary reservation request that has not yet been secured with payment.

If another inquiry is received for the same date(s) and the new party is ready to proceed with payment, Mihran K. Studios will make a reasonable effort to contact the party currently holding the date(s) and provide them with the first opportunity to secure the reservation.

If payment is not received within the requested timeframe and the other party wishes to proceed, Mihran K. Studios reserves the right to release the held date(s) and allow the other party to reserve the space.

 

Studio Credit

Studio Credit may be applied toward future rentals based on studio availability.

Consecutive dates, specific studios, specific time slots, and previously reserved schedules are not guaranteed when redeeming Studio Credit.

All Studio Credit is subject to current availability at the time of rebooking.

Studio Credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.

5. PRODUCTION-FIRST FACILITY

Mihran K. Studios operates as a production-first facility.

The renter acknowledges and agrees that production requirements, facility operations, maintenance needs, emergency situations, or circumstances beyond Mihran K. Studios' reasonable control may require a reservation to be relocated, rescheduled, modified, or canceled.

Whenever reasonably possible, Mihran K. Studios will provide advance notice and make every reasonable effort to notify the renter no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled reservation.

If Mihran K. Studios cancels a reservation and cannot provide a reasonably comparable alternative, the renter's sole remedy shall be a full refund of the amounts paid for the affected reservation.

 

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Mihran K. Studios shall not be responsible or liable for delays, interruptions, relocations, rescheduling, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Earthquakes

• Floods

• Fires

• Government orders

• Utility interruptions

• Internet outages

• Public health emergencies

• Civil unrest

• Acts of terrorism

• Labor disputes

• Severe weather

• Any other event beyond Mihran K. Studios' reasonable control.
