BLACK ROOM
Looking for a spacious and impressive venue for your large-scale production? The Black Room offers 3300 Sq. Ft of space, high industrial ceilings, waterproof laminated floors, two Electro-Voice EKX-15P 15" Powered 2-Way Speakers, a lighting package, and black curtains that can completely cover logos and mirrors.
BRICK ROOM
Our most intimate room offers 1400 sq. ft. of laminated floors and an exposed brick panel with finished wood touches. It's perfect for a range of productions and has plenty of character!
LOFT ROOM
Our loft studio covers 1,700 sq. ft. and has a separate entrance from the other studio rooms. It features crafted rod iron chandeliers, a private restroom, and a fully equipped second floor complete with a mini kitchen, green room, glam room, and a production room.

Our Artist & Production Lounge is a stylish and versatile space designed to meet a variety of needs. Whether you need a quiet, private room for your artist or a dedicated space for your production team to work out of, this lounge is the perfect fit. Designed as a private speakeasy-style space, it brings the perfect vibe for whatever purpose you have in mind.
GRAFFITI SPACE
Our large outdoor graffiti space is a hidden gem located in a private, gated, and safe area. It's large enough to fit 6 to 8 compact cars and brings the DTLA vibes to Burbank. This versatile space is perfect for all types of productions, surrounded by 11 unique murals.
